MACROMATIC WELCOMES DAVE NADOLSKI AS CONTROLLER
Macromatic is pleased to announce Dave Nadolski has joined the organization as Controller. As member of the management team, Dave is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance focusing on the success of the organization as a whole. He is also entrusted with implementing improvements in systems and processes that impact all areas of Macromatic as well as overseeing many functions supporting the company's operations. Dave will help Macromatic plan responsibly for the increased growth in sales and continue to aid the company in becoming the market leader in industrial controls.
Prior to joining Macromatic, Dave held leadership roles in various local manufacturing organizations. Dave earned his accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant. His wealth of experience is a valuable asset to Macromatic.

SUE OERTEL TRANSITIONS TO HUMAN RESOURCES
Dave's addition to Macromatic's management staff will allow Sue Oertel, who previously served as Accounting and Human Resources Manager, to focus exclusively on Human Resources.
Sue earned both Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications to develop effective strategies, lead the HR function, foster influence in the community and align HR strategies to Macromatic's organizational goals.
Sue is challenged to recruit, train, develop and retain the best employees a company can have. Sue's additional responsibilities include being aware and adapting to the changing healthcare environment and engaging the Macromatic team in charitable organizations and wellness initiatives.
