Macromatic Helps Bring Water to a Village in Uganda

A customer in need of a current monitor for a pumping application contacted John Spence, Macromatic’s National Sales Manager. They discussed in detail the specifics of the application and selected the CUH series undercurrent monitor.

The customer explained that he would need only 1 relay for a special application involving missionary work in Africa where the goal was to bring water to a children’s village.

Macromatic wanted to support the project and provided the current monitor as its contribution.

Today, the water pumping system in Bethany Children’s Village in Uganda is operational utilizing Macromatic’s CUH series undercurrent monitor. The current monitor protects the pumping equipment so it does not overheat when the water level is too low, which happens frequently. Now, the village has reliable protection for its water pumping system.

Macromatic is proud to have a small part in bringing water to children on the other side of the world.
