P & B CNS-35-92 & CNS-35-96 Time Delay Relays Obsoleted
Having trouble finding either a Potter & Brumfield (TE Connectivity) CNS-35-92 or CNS-35-96 time delay relay? That's because both have been obsolete since August 2011 and are no longer available.
If you are looking for a similar product to replace either one, the Macromatic TAA Series can meet your needs. Here are the similarities between the two products:
- Both are multi-function products
- Both are 48mm2 (1/16 DIN)
- Both have analog set time delays
- Both are either 8 pin (CNS-35-92 & TAA1U) or 11 pin (CNS-35-96 & TAA2U)
However, there are several differences that are important to note. The first is pin configuration. While each product is either 8 or 11 pin, the actual configuration differs between the P & B CNS Series & the Macromatic TAA Series (please refer to the respective catalog pages of each product for more detail by clicking on the links below).
There are some other differences such as method of selecting function & setting the time delay as well as which functions are included & overall time ranges available (see below). If you need additional help understanding the differences, please contact Macromatic Tech Support at 800-238-7474:
