Panel Space-Savers from Macromatic

Macromatic introduced their new IEC-style modular products. The 17.5mm width is ideal for saving space in compact applications and smaller panels. These products snap-mount to a 35mm DIN-rail and are easy to install. Macromatic's 17.5mm Modular Products fully complement other IEC-type products typically used in panels such as contactors, motor protection switches and terminal blocks that are DIN-rail mountable.

The compact size and DIN-rail mounting make these products ideal for OEMs who are looking to save money by using products that are easy to install in smaller enclosures. Any OEM who is already using similar DIN-rail mounting products such as contactors, terminal blocks and power supplies would be an ideal candidate. Macromatic's 17.5mm Modular Products conform to European Standards so they are also perfect for OEMs who ship products to Europe.

Macromatic offers two types of 17.5mm products:

Multi-Function Time Delay Relays

TE-881 Series

• 10 timing functions and a universal voltage input (12-240V AC/DC)
• Programmable time range from 0.1 second – 10 days
• Two models, both with 15A output contacts: SPDT TE-8816U and DPDT TE-8812U
• Green LED indicates input voltage applied; a red LED blinks during timing and is steady when the output relay is energized
• cULus-Listed and meet requirements of CE and RoHS

Voltage Sensing Relays

VWKE Series

• Provides protection to equipment that is required to operate within an upper and lower AC single phase or DC voltage limit
• Three models with different monitored voltages: VWKE024D (24VDC), VWKE120A (120VAC) and VWKE240A (240VAC)
• Pick-up and Drop-out settings are user-selectable
• Adjustable 0.1-10 second time delay on drop-out avoids nuisance tripping
• Green LED indicates input voltage applied; a red LED blinks during timing and is steady when the output relay is energized
• Each model has 15A SPDT output contacts
• UL-Listed and meet requirements of CE and RoHS
