Macromatic has named Christopher B. Curtis as Non-Executive Chairman of the Wisconsin-based manufacturer of electronic control and monitoring products. Chris is recognized as a top global leader in technology and manufacturing. During his 30-year career, Chris has extensive strategic and operating experience with manufacturing companies in the aerospace, electrical, climate control, and water/wastewater industries.

May marks the 45th anniversary of Macromatic Industrial Controls, Inc. It's also been one year since our management team purchased Macromatic.

Macromatic Industrial Controls, Inc. has received a Partners in Performance Award for 2019 from senior leadership at Grainger, the broad line supplier of maintenance, repair, and operating products. 

The Governor of Wisconsin, Tony Evers, has issued emergency order #12 – Safer at Home Order.  This order requires all individuals living in the state of Wisconsin to stay at home except for reasons outlined in the order including to participate in “Essential Businesses.” Macromatic Industrial Controls is classified as an essential business as defined by Wisconsin’s Emergency Order #12 (section 13) and by the federal government Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

 

Rich Gibson has joined Macromatic as the new Regional Sales Manager for Canada. Rich will report to Tim Burns, Vice President – Sales and Marketing. Rich Gibson has joined Macromatic as the new Regional Sales Manager for Canada.


 

Macromatic was recognized as a Fastest Growing Firm by the Milwaukee Business Journal. Firms with the highest pecentage of growth from 2016 to 2018 were selected as winners. Macromatic has grown by 32.91% in that period. 

Dave Nadolski, Controller with Macromatic Industrial Controls, was recognized in May for his 25-Year Anniversary with the Wisconsin Institute of CPA’s.

Darin Gilmore has joined the Macromatic Sales team as the new Regional Sales Manager for the U.S. Central Region. Darin will report to Tim Burns, Vice President – Sales and Marketing.

Macromatic has announced the sale of the privately-owned company to a management group headed by new President Steve Sundlov. The transition is effective May 1, 2019, according to past owner and President John Perdue. Perdue is retiring after 22 years of leading the company and 40 years in the industry.

Macromatic welcomes two new members to its sales and marketing team. Tim Burns has been named National Sales and Marketing Manager. Bruce Peight has joined Macromatic as our Marketing Communications Specialist reporting directly to Tim.
