Non-Standard Control (Trigger) Switch Pin Configurations
Issue:
I have a time delay relay with a trigger switch that is not connected to pins 5 & 6 as shown in your catalog. It looks like my product has some type of special wiring configuration. Is there anyway I can order a drop-in replacement product from Macromatic?
Solution/Resolution:
While the industry standard for OFF DELAY, SINGLE SHOT & WATCHDOG time delay relays usually has the control (trigger) switch between pins 5 & 6, not every manufacturer uses this pin arrangement.
Macromatic can build a TR-5 Series time delay relay triggered by a control switch (Off Delay, Single Shot or Watchdog functions only) with the following non-standard trigger switch configurations (identified in the Catalog Number with a "Tx" suffix). NOTE: This modification applies only to different trigger switch pin configurations. The input voltage and output pin configurations remain as shown in the Standard version below. For other configurations, contact Macromatic.
There is no set-up charge for products with non-standard trigger pin configurations but we do have a minimum order requirement of five (5) pieces per catalog number. These products are available with standard lead-times. See the TR-5 Series Product Catalog Page or call us for more information.
